This 51.2V 200Ah-BV 10.24kWh wall/floor-mounted lithium iron phosphate battery is a revolutionary all-in-one residential energy storage unit, uniquely equipped with an integrated bidirectional DC-DC boost converter inside the cabinet. It automatically lifts low-voltage 46.4–57.9V battery pack to 330–450V high voltage output, solving compatibility pain points for high-voltage hybrid inverters and supporting mixed battery configurations without extra external boost modules.

Adopting premium LFP cells, it delivers 9.22kWh usable energy at 90% DOD, supports up to 16 units parallel expansion, IP54 dustproof & splashproof rating, natural silent cooling, plus CAN/RS485/RS232 multi-protocol communication. Internal DC-DC Boost Structure Explanation

The whole bidirectional boost system is fully integrated inside the battery cabinet, composed of 3 core boards for stable voltage lifting:
Main Control Board
Central intelligent control unit, collects single cell data, communicates with inverter, sends instructions to DC-DC circuit, executes all safety protection logic.
Capacitor Board
High-capacity filter capacitor group, stabilize high-voltage 330–450V output current, eliminate voltage fluctuation during charge/discharge peak power.
BMS & DC-DC Main Heat Sink Board
Core power conversion board with large aluminum heat sink, completes bidirectional low↔high voltage conversion, dissipate heat efficiently without cooling fan.

Core Boost Function Mechanism

Input low voltage range 46.4–57.9V from LFP cells → DC-DC module steps up to stable 330–450V high voltage output to hybrid inverter. It supports bidirectional power flow: solar AC power converted to DC high voltage, then stepped down to charge the low-voltage battery pack seamlessly. Mixed new & old battery packs can be connected in parallel without voltage mismatch failure, greatly improving system flexibility.
